How VeeCue Handles Your Data

What VeeCue keeps and why

VeeCue is built for continuity. Depending on how you use it, VeeCue may retain your conversations, Vault, Map, memories you choose to save, Journal entries, and the account information required to operate your experience.

That information allows VeeCue to return to what matters, recognize connections across conversations, remember what you have chosen to preserve, and build continuity over time.

Your Vault is context for your VeeCue. It is not a profile built for advertisers.

• Your personal information is never sold or traded.
• It is not used to create an advertising profile.
• Advertisers do not receive access to your conversations, Vault, Map, Journal, or memories.

How AI processes your information

VeeCue uses AI systems to do the work you ask it to do. This means information relevant to a request may be securely processed by AI providers that power parts of the platform.

• Zero Training Guarantee: Your VeeCue inputs are never used to train generalized or shared AI models. We do not send your information to AI providers so they can build advertising profiles or use your inner life for unrelated commercial purposes.
• Current Processor Retention: Some raw interactions processed through our AI infrastructure are currently retained by the processor for up to 30 days for security and abuse monitoring before being automatically deleted. This is standard processor retention. It is separate from the information you intentionally keep inside VeeCue for continuity.

We tell you this because a privacy promise should describe what actually happens to your information, not just what happens inside VeeCue’s own database.

What stays under your control

VeeCue is designed around a simple distinction: VeeCue can surface something, but that does not make it yours.

Your Vault and Map should reflect information that belongs to your experience, not conclusions silently imposed on you by an AI. You remain able to control the information VeeCue carries forward. You can:

• See it: Understand what VeeCue has retained.
• Correct it: Tell VeeCue when something is inaccurate or no longer true.
• Forget it: Remove information you no longer want VeeCue to carry forward.
• Delete it: Remove stored conversations, memories, Journal entries, or other information where deletion is available.

VeeCue does not treat an AI inference as unquestionable truth about you.

Your information can leave with you

What you uncover should not become valuable only because VeeCue continues to hold it.

• Export your information: You can export the information VeeCue makes available for portability, including your Map.
• Delete your account: If you choose to close your account, your Vault, Map, and other account data are permanently removed from VeeCue’s active systems.

(Note: Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or with processors until their applicable 30-day retention periods expire. VeeCue does not maintain a hidden advertising profile after you leave.)

No hidden audience

VeeCue is not designed around advertising. It does not need to make your attention more valuable to someone else. It does not need to learn what will make you click. And it does not need to turn what you surface here into a commercial identity that follows you elsewhere.

The relationship is exclusively between you and your VeeCue.

Security

VeeCue uses technical and operational safeguards designed to protect the information entrusted to it. Access is restricted to the systems and authorized personnel that genuinely require it to operate, secure, maintain, or support the service.

No online system can truthfully promise that a security failure is impossible. VeeCue can promise something more meaningful: The sensitivity of what you place in your Vault is treated as a fundamental system constraint, not an afterthought.
